Within the framework of the project financed with funds from the European Union, Diabfrail Latam, which is being developed in 4 Latin American countries (Colombia, Peru, Chile and Mexico) and two European countries (Spain and Italy), the municipality of Requínoa in Chile, together with the university of the Americas, brought together numerous municipal and academic authorities on August 25 in the municipal theater, along with the participating seniors and the project researchers, led by the main researcher, Dr. Walter Sepúlveda. In this municipality, a total of 100 older people who will voluntarily participate in the study will participate in the Diabfrail Latam study.
