The team from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Bogotá, led by Doctor Carlos Cano, has achieved a new milestone in the DIABFRAIL-LATAM project by recruiting subject number 350 to participate in the study. For its part, the research team in Requínoa under the supervision of the Catholic University of Chile, directed by Doctor Walter Aquiles Sepúlveda, reached the number of 100 subjects and is preparing to reach 150 soon. This achievement is especially important since The recruitment of participants is one of the critical aspects for the success of the project, coordinated by CIBER, the Center for Biomedical Research Network.
